Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases for manufacturing processes and logistics systems
- Identify, document, and track defects throughout the product lifecycle using industry-standard tools
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality issues and implement corrective actions
- Utilize AWS cloud services for test automation, data analysis, and quality reporting
- Conduct root cause analysis of quality failures and recommend preventive measures
- Ensure compliance with ISO standards and industry regulations
- Maintain and improve QA documentation and quality management systems
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in quality assurance within manufacturing or logistics
- Proficiency in AWS services and cloud-based testing environments
- Certification in Six Sigma, CQE, or equivalent quality management systems
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data-driven quality improvement
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies
