Tanggung Jawab
- Design and execute comprehensive test plans for hardware/software validation
- Implement defect tracking and resolution processes using industry-standard tools
- Conduct root cause analysis for quality issues and drive corrective actions
- Develop quality metrics dashboards and performance reports
- Collaborate with R&D, manufacturing, and supply chain teams
- Ensure adherence to ISO/IEC 17025 and IATF 16949 standards
- Lead internal/external quality audits and compliance reviews
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
- Minimum 3 years in quality assurance or testing roles
- Experience with semiconductor or electronics manufacturing
- Proficiency in defect tracking tools (JIRA, Bugzilla) and test automation
- Strong knowledge of quality frameworks (ISO 9001, Six Sigma)
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Certification in quality management (CQE, CQA) preferred
