Tanggung Jawab
- Design and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases for semiconductor products.
- Identify, document, and track software and hardware defects using JIRA or similar tools.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including R&D, Production, and Engineering to resolve quality issues.
- Perform regression testing and ensure product stability before release.
- Analyze quality metrics and prepare reports for management review to drive process improvements.
- Implement and maintain automated testing scripts to increase testing efficiency.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related technical field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Quality Assurance within the semiconductor or electronics industry.
- Strong knowledge of quality standards such as ISO 9001, IATF 16949, or CMMI.
- Proficiency in test automation tools (e.g., Python, Selenium, UVM) is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills to effectively liaise with technical teams.
