Tanggung Jawab
- Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive Quality Management Systems (QMS) to ensure operational excellence.
- Conduct thorough internal and external audits to ensure strict adherence to ISO 9001 and API Q1 quality standards.
- Lead root cause analysis (RCA) investigations for non-conformities and implement effective corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to monitor and improve manufacturing processes and quality KPIs.
- Prepare detailed quality reports, documentation, and certifications for internal stakeholders and external clients.
- Manage calibration schedules for testing equipment to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Drive continuous improvement projects to reduce scrap rates and enhance overall product quality.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related technical discipline.
- Minimum 2-3 years of proven experience in a Quality Assurance or Quality Control role within a manufacturing environment.
- In-depth knowledge of ISO 9001 standards; prior exposure to API Q1 is highly advantageous.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in 8D, Fishbone Diagram, and 5-Why root cause analysis methodologies.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to lead quality-related training and process audits.
- Meticulous attention to detail and a strong commitment to quality excellence.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and quality management software tools.
