Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct comprehensive laboratory testing and inspections on raw materials and finished goods to ensure compliance with international quality standards.
- Develop and implement robust supplier quality assurance protocols to mitigate risks and guarantee material integrity.
- Analyze quality data and trends to identify potential issues and recommend process improvements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality discrepancies and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
- Maintain accurate documentation and records for all quality control activities in accordance with regulatory requirements.
- Perform regular audits of manufacturing processes to ensure adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
- Communicate quality issues effectively to stakeholders and assist in training staff on quality assurance procedures.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field is preferred.
- Proven experience as a Quality Assurance Engineer or in a similar manufacturing/transport role.
- Strong knowledge of quality control methodologies, such as Six Sigma or Lean Manufacturing.
- Proficiency in using quality management systems (QMS) and statistical analysis software.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex quality problems.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of excellence.
- Valid work pass for Singapore and willingness to work full-time.
