Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases for manufacturing systems and software applications.
- Perform both manual and automated testing to identify defects, bugs, and inconsistencies in the product lifecycle.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers and product managers, to define quality requirements and test criteria.
- Document defects clearly and accurately using bug tracking tools such as JIRA or Bugzilla.
- Analyze root causes of software defects and recommend permanent fixes to improve system stability.
- Conduct regression testing to ensure that new changes do not negatively impact existing functionality.
- Participate in the software development lifecycle (SDLC) to ensure quality is built-in from the design phase.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
- Proven experience working as a Quality Assurance Engineer or in a similar quality control role.
- Strong knowledge of testing methodologies, test case design, and test scripts.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or C#.
- Familiarity with automation testing frameworks and tools (e.g., Selenium, Cypress).
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and meet tight deadlines.
