Tanggung Jawab
- Manage supplier relationships to ensure compliance with quality standards and specifications
- Conduct product inspections, audits, and quality control testing at various production stages
- Investigate customer quality complaints and implement corrective action plans
- Develop and maintain quality documentation, including inspection reports and SOPs
- Collaborate with production teams to resolve quality issues and improve processes
- Monitor supplier performance and conduct regular supplier evaluations
- Stay updated on industry quality standards and regulatory requirements
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Technology, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in quality assurance or manufacturing
- Knowledge of quality management systems (ISO 9001) and quality tools
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Experience with supplier management and customer service protocols
