Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement comprehensive quality control plans, inspection procedures, and testing protocols for production lines.
- Monitor manufacturing processes to ensure adherence to ISO standards and internal quality specifications.
- Conduct thorough root cause analysis (RCA) for quality defects and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
- Perform regular audits of raw materials, in-process goods, and finished products.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve production bottlenecks and improve overall yield.
- Prepare detailed quality performance reports and present findings to management to drive operational excellence.
- Oversee calibration of measuring equipment and maintain accurate documentation for audits.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a Quality Assurance or Quality Control role, preferably within a manufacturing environment.
- Strong understanding of QC tools (SPC, FMEA, Pareto Charts, Fishbone diagrams).
- Proficiency in using precision measuring instruments (micrometers, calipers, gauges).
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Ability to interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and quality manuals.
- Good communication skills in both English and Bahasa Malaysia to interact effectively with all levels of the organization.
- Knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 standards is highly advantageous.
