Tanggung Jawab
- Lead root cause analysis and resolution of complex semiconductor quality issues reported by customers
- Conduct internal and external quality audits to ensure compliance with industry standards and customer specifications
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement product improvements and design changes
- Develop and maintain quality control protocols, inspection criteria, and testing methodologies
- Analyze quality data trends and provide actionable insights for process optimization
- Interface directly with customers to address quality concerns and provide technical solutions
- Document quality procedures, audit findings, and corrective action plans
- Mentor junior engineers on quality assurance best practices and problem-solving techniques
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Materials Science, or related technical field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in semiconductor quality assurance or manufacturing
- Strong knowledge of quality management systems (ISO 9001, IATF 16949) and quality tools (FMEA, 8D, SPC)
- Experience with semiconductor manufacturing processes and failure analysis techniques
- Excellent problem-solving skills with ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues
- Strong communication skills for cross-functional collaboration and customer interaction
- Proficiency in quality control software and data analysis tools
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
