- Read and interpret mechanical engineering drawings to identify potential quality issues
- Conduct quality audits and inspections at supplier facilities locally and overseas
- Develop and implement quality control procedures for HDD, electronic, medical, and pharmaceutical products
- Collaborate with engineering teams to resolve quality-related issues
- Document quality findings and create comprehensive reports for stakeholders
- Work directly with clients to address quality concerns and ensure satisfaction
- Stay updated on industry quality standards and best practices
Kualifikasi
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in quality assurance
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting mechanical engineering drawings
- Experience in HDD, electronic, medical, or pharmaceutical industries preferred
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Willingness to travel for supplier visits and client meetings
- Certification in quality management systems (ISO 9001, etc.) is a plus
