Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and respond to customer quality complaints and non-conformance reports (NCRs) efficiently.
- Lead root cause analysis (RCA) and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) in strict accordance with IATF 16949 standards.
- Conduct internal and supplier audits to ensure ongoing compliance with quality management systems.
- Monitor production processes in real-time to identify defects and implement effective quality control measures.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to resolve technical quality issues and improve processes.
- Drive continuous improvement projects to enhance product reliability and overall customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate quality documentation and ensure all records are up to date.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial) or related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of proven experience in Quality Assurance within a manufacturing environment.
- Strong working knowledge of IATF 16949 standards and automotive quality requirements.
- Proven experience in 8D reporting, FMEA, and statistical process control (SPC).
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced 5-day work week manufacturing setting.
- Proficiency in quality management software and MS Office tools.
