Tanggung Jawab
- Assist the QA Manager in managing end-to-end Quality Assurance processes including QAI (In-process) and PSI (Pre-shipment) inspections.
- Execute rigorous incoming packaging material checks to ensure integrity and compliance with specifications.
- Analyze inspection data to identify trends, non-conformities, and potential quality risks in the production line.
- Coordinate with production and logistics teams to resolve quality issues and prevent shipment delays.
- Maintain and update comprehensive quality documentation, test reports, and non-conformance logs.
- Conduct regular audits of the production environment to ensure adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and process efficiency.
Kualifikasi
- Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Chemical, Industrial), Science, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-4 years of experience in Quality Assurance or Quality Control within a manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of international quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001, ISO 13485).
- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to interpret technical specifications.
- Proficiency in data analysis software (e.g., MS Excel, Minitab) for quality reporting.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under tight production deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
