Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive manual and automated test plans for web and mobile platforms.
- Identify, document, and track software defects using Jira and other bug-tracking tools.
- Collaborate with developers and product managers to improve overall product quality and user experience.
- Perform thorough regression, integration, and performance testing before product releases.
- Maintain and update QA documentation, including test cases and environment configurations.
- Participate in daily Scrum meetings and sprint planning sessions to provide QA insights.
- Analyze technical requirements and user stories to ensure complete test coverage.
- Contribute to the automation roadmap by developing scripts for repetitive testing tasks.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience as a QA Engineer or Specialist within a fast-paced software environment.
- Strong proficiency in automated testing tools such as Selenium, Appium, or Cypress.
- In-depth knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and STLC methodologies.
- Solid understanding of SQL and API testing tools like Postman.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
- Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment.
- Strong verbal and written English communication skills for remote collaboration.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
