- Develop and execute comprehensive quality assurance plans for manufacturing processes
- Conduct product testing, inspections, and audits to ensure compliance with specifications
- Analyze quality data to identify trends and implement corrective actions
- Collaborate with engineering and production teams to resolve quality issues
- Maintain documentation of quality control procedures and test results
- Monitor production processes to ensure adherence to quality standards
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives for quality systems
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in quality assurance or similar role
- Proficiency in quality control tools and methodologies (e.g., SPC, FMEA)
- Familiarity with ISO 9001 standards and quality management systems
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and communication skills
- Experience in manufacturing or logistics environments preferred
