Join Sin Huat Press as a Quality Assurance Executive and become a key driver in maintaining our industry-leading standards. In this pivotal role, you'll design, implement, and monitor robust quality management systems across our manufacturing operations. You'll conduct comprehensive internal and external audits to ensure compliance with ISO standards and customer specifications, while spearheading continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and operational efficiency. This position requires close collaboration with production teams to identify quality gaps, implement corrective actions, and reduce defects. You'll also prepare detailed quality reports, manage supplier quality assessments, and train staff on quality protocols. Your expertise will directly impact customer satisfaction, regulatory compliance, and our reputation for excellence in the printing and manufacturing industry.

- Develop, maintain, and optimize quality management systems and documentation
- Plan and execute internal quality audits and supplier compliance reviews
- Investigate quality non-conformances and implement corrective/preventive actions
- Monitor production processes to ensure adherence to quality standards and specifications
- Lead continuous improvement projects using methodologies like Six Sigma or Lean
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality-related issues
- Prepare quality reports and performance metrics for management review
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or related field
- Minimum 2-3 years in quality assurance role within manufacturing
- Certification in ISO 9001 or other quality management systems preferred
- Strong knowledge of quality control tools and statistical methods
- Experience with auditing processes and compliance frameworks
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in quality management software and MS Office
