Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor and inspect incoming raw materials to ensure compliance with quality specifications and safety standards.
- Conduct in-process quality checks during production to identify and rectify deviations immediately.
- Perform rigorous final inspections on outgoing finished products before packaging and distribution.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of all quality control activities and test results.
- Investigate and resolve quality complaints or non-conformance issues using root cause analysis.
- Collaborate with production teams to implement corrective actions and process improvements.
- Ensure adherence to local food safety regulations and company quality management systems.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Food Science, Chemistry, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in quality assurance within the food manufacturing industry.
- Familiarity with HACCP, ISO 22000, or FSSC 22000 standards is highly preferred.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret technical data and specifications.
- Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality workmanship.
- Effective communication skills to liaise between production, management, and external auditors.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team.
