Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement quality control systems aligned with ISO and industry standards
- Conduct product inspections and process audits to ensure compliance with specifications
- Analyze quality data to identify trends and recommend corrective actions
- Collaborate with production teams to resolve quality-related issues
- Maintain accurate documentation of quality control activities and reports
- Train staff on quality procedures and best practices
- Monitor supplier quality and conduct vendor assessments
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in quality assurance within manufacturing
- Proficiency in quality control tools and methodologies (SPC, FMEA, 8D)
- Certification in ISO 9001 or quality management systems preferred
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
