Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement comprehensive Quality Assurance (QA) policies and procedures aligned with company goals.
- Conduct regular quality audits, inspections, and testing of manufacturing and logistics workflows.
- Investigate root causes of quality deviations and implement corrective actions.
- Prepare detailed reports and documentation regarding quality metrics, performance, and non-conformities.
- Collaborate closely with production and operations teams to drive continuous improvement (Kaizen) initiatives.
- Ensure all raw materials and finished goods meet safety and quality specifications.
- Maintain accurate quality records and update standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Manufacturing, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience in a Quality Assurance role within the Manufacturing or Transport & Logistics sector.
- Strong working knowledge of ISO quality management systems and standards.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and quality management software.
