Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct comprehensive environmental testing for chemical and microbiological parameters according to established protocols.
- Monitor and control laboratory quality assurance systems to ensure ISO and accreditation compliance.
- Perform routine calibration, maintenance, and validation of laboratory equipment and instrumentation.
- Prepare accurate and detailed test reports, data sheets, and quality documentation for clients and internal stakeholders.
- Ensure strict adherence to laboratory safety protocols, waste disposal regulations, and Good Laboratory Practices (GLP).
- Identify and troubleshoot non-conformance issues, initiating corrective actions where necessary.
- Assist in the continuous improvement of laboratory processes and procedures.
Kualifikasi
- Degree in Chemistry, Biology, Microbiology, Environmental Science, or a related scientific discipline.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of relevant experience in an environment testing laboratory or quality assurance role.
- Strong knowledge of chemical analysis and microbiological testing techniques.
- Familiarity with laboratory information management systems (LIMS) and data analysis software.
- Understanding of regulatory requirements such as ISO 17025 or NEPAS accreditation.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain technical results to non-technical personnel.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced setting.
