- Develop and implement quality assurance protocols for logistics/pharma operations
- Conduct internal audits and inspections to ensure compliance with ISO/GMP standards
- Investigate quality discrepancies and implement corrective actions
- Monitor supplier quality performance and manage vendor relationships
- Prepare comprehensive QA reports for stakeholder reviews
- Train staff on quality procedures and regulatory requirements
- Stay updated on industry regulations and emerging QA trends
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or Life Sciences
- 3+ years QA experience in logistics/pharmaceuticals
- Certification in ISO 9001 or GMP standards preferred
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in quality management software
- Excellent communication and documentation abilities
- Knowledge of Singaporean regulatory frameworks
