Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and maintain document control systems ensuring all documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and compliant with regulatory requirements
- Conduct internal quality audits to verify compliance with GMP standards and identify areas for improvement
- Assist in the preparation and submission of regulatory documentation to health authorities
- Monitor and investigate quality deviations, implement corrective actions, and track their effectiveness
- Collaborate with production, quality control, and other departments to ensure quality standards are maintained throughout the manufacturing process
- Participate in the development and implementation of quality systems, procedures, and policies
- Stay updated with the latest regulatory requirements and industry best practices in pharmaceutical quality assurance
Kualifikasi
- Degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry, Biology, or related scientific field
- At least 2-3 years of experience in pharmaceutical quality assurance or document control
- Familiarity with GMP regulations and quality management systems
- Strong attention to detail with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in document control systems and quality management software
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a cross-functional team
