- Conduct thorough visual inspections and functional tests on products to identify defects and deviations
- Perform sampling procedures for raw materials and finished goods according to quality standards
- Maintain accurate documentation of inspection results, findings, and corrective actions
- Collaborate with production teams to resolve quality issues and prevent recurrence
- Calibrate and maintain inspection equipment to ensure measurement accuracy
- Analyze quality data trends and report metrics to management
- Adhere to safety protocols and regulatory compliance requirements
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or technical certification in quality control or related field
- 1-2 years of experience in manufacturing quality assurance or inspection
- Proficiency with measurement tools (calipers, micrometers, gauges) and testing equipment
- Strong attention to detail and analytical problem-solving abilities
- Familiarity with ISO standards and quality management systems
- Basic computer skills for documentation and data entry
- Excellent communication skills for cross-departmental collaboration
