Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct thorough material inspections to ensure compliance with quality standards and pharmaceutical regulations.
- Monitor production and warehouse processes to identify potential deviations and ensure strict adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Perform precise testing and measurements on raw materials and finished products using calibrated equipment.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation, including batch records, inspection logs, and non-conformance reports.
- Prepare detailed quality reports for management to support continuous improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to investigate quality issues and implement effective corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
- Ensure all laboratory and inspection environments maintain proper safety and cleanliness standards.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related science field.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in a Quality Assurance or Quality Control role, preferably within the pharmaceutical or manufacturing sector.
- Strong understanding of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and current regulatory requirements.
- Proficiency in using precision measuring instruments and laboratory testing tools.
- High level of analytical thinking and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to document technical findings accurately in English.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently while contributing to a team-oriented environment.
- Willingness to work in Quezon City and adapt to shifting production schedules.
