Kettle Foods Corporation is seeking a dedicated Quality Assurance Inspector to join our growing team in Bagumbayan. In this role, you will play a critical part in our mission to deliver high-quality snacks to our consumers. You will be at the forefront of our Research and Development initiatives, working closely with production teams to ensure that both new product innovations and our iconic existing product lines meet the highest industry standards.

Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct rigorous quality inspections of raw materials and finished products to ensure compliance with company standards.
- Support the Research and Development team in testing and scaling new product formulations.
- Analyze existing product lines to identify opportunities for quality enhancements and process optimizations.
- Monitor production lines to ensure adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and food safety regulations.
- Document quality control findings, generate comprehensive reports, and escalate non-conformities to management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot product deviations and implement corrective actions.
- Maintain calibrated testing equipment and ensure a clean, audit-ready laboratory environment.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Food Technology, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in Quality Assurance or Quality Control within the food manufacturing industry.
- In-depth knowledge of food safety standards (HACCP, ISO 22000, or GMP).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
- Proficiency in data collection and basic laboratory testing procedures.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.
- Willingness to work in Bagumbayan, Metro Manila.
