Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct thorough inspections of raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods to ensure compliance with quality specifications.
- Document inspection findings accurately in logs and reports, highlighting any deviations or defects for immediate corrective action.
- Enforce strict food safety and hygiene protocols to maintain a clean and safe production environment.
- Collaborate effectively with production and quality control teams to resolve quality issues and implement process improvements.
- Maintain and calibrate testing equipment and instruments to ensure accurate measurement results.
- Participate in internal audits and prepare necessary documentation for regulatory compliance.
- Train and mentor junior staff on quality standards, inspection techniques, and safety procedures.
Kualifikasi
- High School Diploma or Vocational Certificate in Food Technology, Quality Assurance, or a related field.
- Previous experience in a manufacturing, food processing, or transport & logistics environment is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to detect even the slightest product imperfections.
- Basic knowledge of HACCP (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point) principles is a significant advantage.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills to work effectively across different departments.
- Physically fit to perform duties on the production floor, including standing for extended periods.
