- Perform systematic testing and sampling procedures using calibrated equipment and established protocols

- Collaborate with production teams to address quality issues promptly and implement corrective actions
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and company quality policies
- Analyze quality trends and recommend process improvements to enhance product consistency
- Operate and maintain inspection tools, gauges, and testing equipment to ensure accuracy
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; vocational certification in quality control preferred
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in quality inspection or manufacturing environment
- Strong knowledge of quality control methodologies, standards (ISO, GMP), and inspection techniques
- Proficiency in reading technical specifications, blueprints, and product documentation
- Excellent attention to detail with ability to detect minor defects and deviations
- Strong documentation skills with ability to maintain accurate quality records
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced production setting
- Basic computer skills for data entry and reporting using quality management systems
