- Inspect raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods to ensure compliance with quality standards and specifications
- Conduct thorough testing and sampling of products using appropriate equipment and methodologies
- Document all inspection outcomes accurately, maintaining detailed records and reports
- Identify, document, and report any defects or deviations from specifications to relevant stakeholders
- Collaborate with production teams to address quality issues and implement corrective actions
- Participate in the development and improvement of quality control processes and procedures
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and company policies
- Assist in conducting internal audits and quality improvement initiatives
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree in a related field is preferred
- Previous experience in quality assurance, inspection, or a related role is advantageous
- Strong attention to detail and ability to identify even minor defects
- Familiarity with quality control methodologies, standards, and tools
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Basic computer skills for documentation and reporting
- Knowledge of safety protocols and procedures in a manufacturing environment
