NTS Components is seeking a dedicated Quality Assurance Inspector (Cleanroom) to join our team in Senoko. In this critical role, you will be responsible for overseeing the quality control processes within our controlled environment, ensuring that every component meets stringent industry specifications.
Your primary focus will be conducting thorough inspections of raw materials and finished goods, identifying defects, and managing non-conforming parts (NCMRs) with precision. You will also be required to maintain a rigorous 5S workplace environment to ensure safety and efficiency. Utilizing your expertise in quality management systems (QMS), you will document findings, update records, and collaborate with production teams to implement corrective actions. Tanggung Jawab
- Perform detailed visual and mechanical inspections on components using precision measuring instruments such as micrometers and calipers.
- Identify, segregate, and document non-conforming parts by completing Non-Conforming Material Reports (NCMRs) accurately.
- Verify rejection criteria and communicate findings effectively with the production and engineering teams.
- Maintain strict adherence to 5S workplace organization standards within the cleanroom facility.
- Update and maintain Quality Management Systems (QMS) with current inspection data and test results.
- Ensure all documentation complies with relevant ISO quality standards and company policies.
- Assist in the calibration and verification of inspection equipment to ensure measurement accuracy.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, or equivalent experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Previous experience working in a Cleanroom environment is highly preferred.
- Familiarity with Non-Conforming Material Reports (NCMR) and Quality Control procedures.
- Strong ability to read and interpret technical blueprints, schematics, and work instructions.
- Proficient in using computer systems for data entry and reporting (e.g., Excel, ERP systems).
- Excellent attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Ability to work well within a team and adhere to strict safety regulations.
