Unahco, Inc. is a reputable player in the Manufacturing, Transport & Logistics industry, and we are looking for a Quality Assurance Inspector to ensure our products meet the highest quality standards. Based in Pampanga, Central Luzon, you will report to the Quality Assurance Manager and be responsible for conducting thorough inspections throughout the production process. Your findings will be crucial for identifying areas for improvement and ensuring compliance with both internal guidelines and external regulatory requirements.
As a Quality Assurance Inspector, you will perform visual and dimensional inspections, utilize measuring equipment, and document your observations in detailed reports. You will work closely with production teams to address quality issues promptly, participate in root cause analysis, and help implement preventive measures. Your role is essential for minimizing defects, reducing waste, and enhancing overall efficiency.
We require candidates with a keen eye for detail, strong problem-solving skills, and experience in a quality assurance role within manufacturing. Knowledge of quality standards such as ISO is a plus. You should be able to work independently and as part of a team, communicating effectively across departments.

Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct regular inspections of raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods to ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Document inspection results and prepare detailed reports for the Quality Assurance Manager.
- Identify and report any quality issues or non-conformities, and recommend corrective actions.
- Collaborate with production teams to implement quality improvements and preventive measures.
- Maintain and calibrate inspection equipment to ensure accuracy.
- Assist in developing and updating quality assurance procedures and guidelines.
- Participate in internal and external audits as required.
- Ensure adherence to safety and regulatory standards at all times.
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Engineering or related field is preferred.
- At least 2 years of experience in quality assurance or inspection in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong attention to detail and observational skills.
- Excellent documentation and reporting abilities.
- Knowledge of quality control standards and methodologies.
- Ability to use inspection tools and equipment effectively.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Willingness to work in Pampanga, Central Luzon.
