Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and mentor a team of QA professionals to ensure consistent quality across all eCommerce platforms
- Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive QA strategies and test plans
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define quality standards and requirements
- Execute manual and automated testing to identify and resolve defects
- Establish and monitor key performance indicators for quality assurance
- Drive continuous improvement of QA processes and methodologies
- Conduct root cause analysis of quality issues and implement preventive measures
- Stay updated with industry best practices and emerging QA technologies
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in quality assurance, with at least 2 years in a leadership role
- Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, tools, and processes
- Experience with automated testing frameworks and tools
- Familiarity with eCommerce platforms and web technologies
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong leadership and team management abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
