- Conduct in-process inspections and quality sampling at production line checkpoints
- Monitor manufacturing activities for compliance with quality standards and specifications
- Identify, document, and report quality deviations and non-conformities
- Implement corrective actions and preventive measures for quality issues
- Analyze production data to identify quality trends and improvement opportunities
- Maintain accurate quality documentation and inspection records
- Collaborate with production teams to optimize quality control processes
- Ensure adherence to GMP, HACCP, and other regulatory requirements
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Food Technology, or related field
- Minimum 2 years experience in quality assurance or manufacturing quality control
- Strong knowledge of quality management systems and ISO standards
- Proficiency in statistical process control (SPC) and quality tools
- Experience with HACCP, GMP, and food safety regulations
- Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail
- Strong problem-solving abilities and root cause analysis expertise
- Effective communication and documentation skills
