Tanggung Jawab
- Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive Quality Management Systems (QMS) to ensure consistent product standards.
- Lead and mentor the QA team, fostering a culture of ownership and continuous improvement across the production floor.
- Manage supplier quality assessments and audits to ensure all raw materials meet stringent incoming quality requirements.
- Identify process inefficiencies and lead Lean initiatives (e.g., Kaizen, 5S) to reduce waste and optimize production cycles.
- Conduct regular internal audits and prepare detailed reports for management, highlighting performance metrics and non-conformance issues.
- Collaborate with engineering and production departments to resolve quality-related deviations and implement effective CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Actions).
- Ensure compliance with all local safety and environmental regulations within the manufacturing scope.
Kualifikasi
- Degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a QA/QC management role, preferably within the packaging or aluminium/paper manufacturing industry.
- In-depth knowledge of Lean Six Sigma principles and quality management frameworks (ISO 9001, etc.).
- Proven track record in managing supplier quality and conducting professional audits.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable improvements.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, capable of influencing cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in MS Office and quality management software tools.
