Tanggung Jawab
- Establish and refine comprehensive Quality Management Systems (QMS) to ensure all manufacturing processes meet international standards.
- Lead, mentor, and evaluate the performance of the QA/QC team to foster a culture of quality and accountability.
- Coordinate and lead internal and external audits, ensuring full compliance with ISO and industry-specific certifications.
- Analyze production data and quality metrics to identify trends, potential risks, and areas for process improvement.
- Oversee the investigation of customer complaints and non-conformance reports, implementing effective root cause analysis and corrective actions.
- Collaborate closely with production, supply chain, and engineering departments to streamline operations and minimize waste.
- Ensure all products and materials comply with safety, health, and environmental regulations.
- Develop and manage the annual Quality Assurance budget and resource allocation.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Management, Food Science, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in Quality Assurance within the manufacturing or logistics industry.
- Proven experience in a managerial or lead role, demonstrating strong organizational and leadership skills.
- In-depth knowledge of ISO 9001, 14001, and other relevant quality and safety standards.
- Certification in Lean Six Sigma (Green or Black Belt) is highly desirable.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
- Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
- Willingness to be based in Surabaya and work on a contract basis.
