Join Sumirubber Malaysia Sdn Bhd as a Quality Assurance Manager and lead our commitment to excellence in manufacturing excellence. You'll spearhead the implementation and maintenance of IATF 16949 standards within our Integrated Management System, driving continuous improvement initiatives across production lines. This pivotal role requires strategic oversight of quality control processes, supplier audits, and corrective action protocols to ensure our products meet global automotive industry benchmarks. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality discrepancies, optimize testing methodologies, and implement robust documentation systems. Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and manage all Quality Assurance functions with IATF 16949 compliance focus
- Develop, implement, and monitor Integrated Management System (IMS) protocols
- Conduct internal quality audits and supplier assessments
- Oversee PPAP submissions and customer complaint resolution
- Analyze quality data to identify trends and drive corrective actions
- Train staff on quality procedures and continuous improvement methodologies
- Ensure calibration and maintenance of inspection equipment
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or related field
- Minimum 5 years in quality assurance leadership role
- IATF 16949 auditor certification mandatory
- Experience in automotive manufacturing environment
- Strong knowledge of FMEA, SPC, and MSA methodologies
- Proven ability to manage cross-functional quality teams
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities
