Tanggung Jawab
- Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance systems and procedures for manufacturing operations
- Lead cross-functional quality audits and process improvement initiatives
- Manage and mentor the quality assurance team to ensure optimal performance
- Investigate product defects and implement corrective/preventive actions
- Ensure compliance with ISO standards and industry regulations
- Collaborate with R&D and production teams to resolve quality issues
- Generate quality reports and present findings to senior management
- Train staff on quality control techniques and best practices
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in manufacturing quality assurance
- Strong knowledge of Six Sigma, Lean manufacturing, and ISO 9001
- Experience leading quality teams and driving process improvements
- Proficiency in quality management software and statistical tools
- Certified Quality Manager (CQM) or Six Sigma Green Belt preferred
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
