Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee all quality assurance activities for precision and sheet metal manufacturing processes
- Develop, implement, and maintain quality control systems and documentation
- Lead and mentor the quality assurance team to ensure compliance with standards
- Conduct internal audits and product inspections to identify non-conformities
- Collaborate with production and engineering teams for continuous improvement
- Investigate root causes of quality issues and implement corrective actions
- Manage supplier quality assurance programs and vendor relationships
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Assurance, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of QA experience in precision/sheet metal manufacturing
- Certification in ISO 9001 or quality management systems
- Strong knowledge of geometric dimensioning and tolerancing (GD&T)
- Experience with statistical process control (SPC) and quality tools
- Proven leadership skills managing QA teams of 5+ members
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities
