As a key member of our QA department, you will act as a primary point of contact for internal quality inquiries, lead internal training initiatives, and oversee compliance documentation. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and deliver quality-enhancement training programs for laboratory staff.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for quality-related queries, troubleshooting, and process improvements.
- Conduct regular audits to ensure full adherence to local and international clinical laboratory regulations.
- Manage annual compliance training schedules and track employee certification status.
- Investigate non-conformances and implement robust corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
- Maintain and update quality management system (QMS) documentation and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Facilitate cross-departmental collaboration to streamline operational workflows while maintaining quality integrity.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Medical Technology, Chemistry, Biology, or a related scientific discipline.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in Quality Assurance, specifically within a clinical or laboratory environment.
- Strong knowledge of ISO 15189 standards and relevant regulatory requirements.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to conduct training sessions effectively.
- Proficiency in document control systems and data management software.
- Strong analytical mindset with a keen eye for detail and root-cause analysis capability.
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a high-performing team culture.
