Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor and evaluate raw materials, in-process goods, and finished products to ensure strict compliance with company quality standards.
- Conduct regular quality control tests, including sensory evaluation, chemical analysis, and microbiological testing.
- Ensure strict adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), HACCP, and ISO 22000 protocols.
- Investigate and document product deviations or non-conformities, implementing corrective actions promptly.
- Maintain and calibrate laboratory equipment and testing instruments to ensure accuracy.
- Collaborate with production teams to identify process improvements and reduce waste.
- Prepare and maintain detailed records of quality inspections and test results.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Food Technology, Food Science, Chemistry, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in Quality Assurance or Quality Control within the food manufacturing industry.
- Strong knowledge of food safety standards, HACCP, and ISO certifications.
- Excellent analytical skills with keen attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and meet tight deadlines.
- Proficiency in using laboratory testing equipment and basic computer applications.
