- Conduct regular quality audits across all branches to ensure compliance with established standards and procedures
- Verify performance appraisals and assessment tools to ensure accuracy and fairness
- Monitor and maintain regulatory compliance with industry standards and company policies

- Identify areas for improvement and recommend corrective actions to enhance quality standards
- Prepare detailed reports on audit findings and quality metrics for management review

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Quality Management, or related field
- At least 2 years of experience in quality assurance or compliance roles
- Strong knowledge of quality management systems and regulatory requirements
- Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in using quality assurance software and tools
- Certification in quality management (e.g., Six Sigma, ISO) is a plus
