Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct rigorous inspections of incoming raw materials and finished goods to ensure compliance with established quality standards.
- Perform laboratory analyses, including chemical, physical, and microbiological testing, to verify product integrity.
- Monitor production processes to identify potential quality issues and implement corrective actions immediately.
- Maintain detailed records of inspection results, test data, and quality reports for regulatory auditing.
- Collaborate with production and warehouse teams to enforce strict hygiene and safety protocols.
- Ensure adherence to national food safety laws, local government regulations, and internal quality management systems.
Kualifikasi
- Must possess a Bachelor’s degree in Food Technology, Chemistry, Biology, or a related scientific field.
- Civil Service Commission (CSC) Eligibility (Professional or Sub-professional) is required.
- Minimum of one (1) to two (2) years of relevant experience in food quality control or inspection.
- Thorough knowledge of food safety regulations, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), and Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point (HACCP) principles.
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work under pressure.
- Willingness to be assigned in the Ilocos Region.
