Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Agriculture or related field
- At least 3 years of supervisory experience
- Professional Agriculturist license (PRC)
- Strong knowledge of crop/livestock management
- Experience with agricultural project implementation
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Familiarity with Philippine agricultural policies
