- Design and execute agricultural extension programs to improve crop yields and farmer incomes

- Coordinate with local government units to align agricultural policies with provincial development goals
- Monitor crop performance and disease outbreaks across Catanduanes' agricultural zones

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Agronomy, or related agricultural science field
- Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in agricultural extension or farm management
- Strong knowledge of Bicol Region's agricultural ecosystem and crop systems
- Certification in sustainable agriculture or integrated pest management preferred
