You'll conduct systematic audits, monitor temperature controls, and develop corrective action plans to maintain operational excellence. - Develop and implement quality assurance protocols for cold storage operations
- Conduct regular facility audits and temperature compliance monitoring
- Investigate quality discrepancies and implement corrective actions
- Ensure adherence to food safety standards and regulatory requirements
- Coordinate with inventory management teams for quality integration
- Document quality metrics and prepare compliance reports
- Train staff on quality procedures and best practices
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Food Technology, or Logistics
- Minimum 2 years' experience in cold storage quality control
- Knowledge of HACCP and ISO 22000 standards
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Experience with temperature monitoring systems
- Certification in Quality Management Systems preferred
- Detail-oriented with excellent documentation skills
