Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee and manage all aspects of Quality Assurance and Production operations within the generic pharmaceutical manufacturing facility.
- Develop, implement, and maintain robust Quality Management Systems (QMS) in strict adherence to GMP, regulatory guidelines, and company standards.
- Lead, train, and mentor QA and Production teams, fostering a culture of quality, safety, and continuous improvement.
- Ensure efficient planning, scheduling, and execution of production activities to meet targets while maintaining high-quality standards.
- Conduct internal and external audits, manage deviations, CAPAs, and change controls to ensure compliance and resolve issues effectively.
- Collaborate with cross-functional departments, including R&D, Supply Chain, and Regulatory Affairs, to optimize processes and product lifecycles.
- Drive initiatives for process optimization, cost reduction, and waste elimination in production without compromising quality.
- Prepare and present reports on production performance, quality metrics, and compliance status to senior management.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Pharmaceutical Science, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related scientific/technical field.
- Minimum of 8-10 years of progressive experience in Quality Assurance and/or Production management within the generic pharmaceutical manufacturing industry.
- In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), ISO standards, and Malaysian pharmaceutical regulations.
- Proven track record of successfully leading and managing diverse teams in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership abilities, with the capacity to influence and drive change.
- Proficiency in quality management tools and methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma) is a plus.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
