Gems Global Ventures Corporation is seeking a detail-oriented and dedicated Quality Assurance (QA) professional to join our cold storage operations team. In this critical role, you will serve as the guardian of our product integrity, ensuring that all goods stored within our facilities meet the highest standards of quality and safety. You will be responsible for conducting rigorous inspections, maintaining precise temperature monitoring records, and enforcing strict compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point (HACCP) standards. We are looking for a proactive individual who takes pride in maintaining safe environments and upholding regulatory excellence within the manufacturing and logistics sectors.

Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct daily and routine inspections of cold storage facilities, products, and equipment to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Monitor and log temperature readings at critical control points to guarantee that products are stored within the required temperature range.
- Enforce GMP and HACCP protocols during storage, handling, and retrieval processes to prevent contamination and spoilage.
- Identify, document, and report any deviations in product quality or facility conditions immediately to the Quality Assurance Manager.
- Collaborate with the operations team to investigate root causes of quality issues and implement effective corrective and preventive actions.
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date documentation and records for all QA activities, audits, and inspections.
- Ensure proper labeling, segregation, and FIFO (First-In, First-Out) inventory management based on product quality status.
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or Vocational Diploma in Food Technology, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in quality assurance, quality control, or cold storage operations.
- Strong working knowledge of GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) and HACCP (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point) standards.
- Ability to work comfortably in a cold storage environment and stand for extended periods during inspections.
- Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills for precise record-keeping.
- Good communication skills to effectively report findings to management and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
- Basic computer literacy for data entry and reporting software.
