(OFI), the leading developer and manufacturer of specialty fats, oils, and food ingredients in the Philippines, is actively seeking a detail-oriented and proactive QA Analyst to join our dynamic Quality Assurance team in Bagumbayan, Metro Manila.
As a QA Analyst, you will play a critical role in our day-to-day manufacturing pipeline. Your primary objective will be to assure that all incoming raw materials, in-process items, and finished food products strictly adhere to the rigorous quality and safety benchmarks set by the company, as well as global regulatory standards. Operating within our state-of-the-art laboratory facilities, you will perform physical, chemical, and sensory evaluations to protect brand integrity and ensure consumer safety.

Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct routine chemical, physical, and sensory testing on raw materials, packaging materials, in-process samples, and finished products to ensure compliance with specifications.
- Monitor and audit the production line strictly for adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point (HACCP), and FSSC 22000 guidelines.
- Document analytical test results accurately and prepare comprehensive daily quality reports for the QA Supervisor and production management.
- Identify, isolate, and report any non-conforming materials or finished goods, assisting in root cause analysis and implementing corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
- Perform routine calibration, verification, and maintenance of laboratory analytical instruments to ensure precise and reliable test results.
- Assist in internal and external quality audits, including Halal, Kosher, and food safety management system certifications.
- Maintain cleanliness, safety, and organization within the laboratory in compliance with 5S principles.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Food Technology, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Biology, or a closely related scientific field.
- A professional license (Registered Chemist or Registered Chemical Technician) is highly advantageous but not strictly required.
- At least 1 to 2 years of quality control or quality assurance experience, preferably gained from a food or beverage manufacturing environment.
- Familiarity with food safety management systems such as HACCP, GMP, FSSC 22000, and HALAL/Kosher compliance protocols.
- Strong sensory acuity and solid analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to work in shifting schedules, including night shifts, holidays, or weekends, to support continuous manufacturing operations.
- Excellent communication skills, high attention to detail, and proficiency in using Microsoft Office applications.
