- Conduct quality inspections at various production stages to ensure compliance with SOPs and industry standards
- Monitor production operations and implement corrective actions for quality deviations
- Assist in developing and updating quality assurance documentation and procedures
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality issues and implement improvements
- Perform root cause analysis for quality defects and recommend preventive measures
- Support internal quality audits and maintain accurate quality records
- Train production staff on quality standards and best practices
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Certificate in Quality Assurance, Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in quality control or manufacturing
- Familiarity with ISO standards and quality management systems
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Proficiency in quality testing equipment and software
- Excellent problem-solving and communication abilities
- Ability to work independently and in team environments
