Join Brother, a world-renowned leader in precision manufacturing, as a Quality Assurance (QA) Engineer at our state-of-the-art facility in Tanauan City, Batangas. As a QA Engineer, you will play a critical role in evaluating our manufacturing processes, driving continuous improvement (Kaizen) initiatives, and ensuring that every product leaving our facility complies with strict global quality standards. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to identify potential quality risks, implement robust preventive measures, and resolve technical issues efficiently.

Tanggung Jawab
- Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance standards and procedures throughout the manufacturing lifecycle.
- Conduct regular process audits, inspections, and product evaluations to ensure strict compliance with quality specifications.
- Investigate production defects, perform comprehensive root cause analysis (RCA), and implement effective Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA).
- Collaborate with production, design, and engineering teams to optimize processes and drive waste-reduction initiatives.
- Prepare, analyze, and present weekly and monthly quality performance metrics and reports to the management team.
- Facilitate quality control training and workshops for operators and production staff to promote a culture of quality.
- Support compliance and preparation activities for ISO 9001 and other relevant quality management system certifications.
Kualifikasi
- Must possess a Bachelor's degree in an Engineering discipline (such as Industrial, Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, or Chemical Engineering).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to confidently present technical data to various stakeholders.
- Familiarity with Quality Control tools (7 QC Tools), Statistical Process Control (SPC), and Root Cause Analysis methodologies.
- A proactive problem-solver with high attention to detail and strong analytical capabilities.
- Prior experience in a manufacturing environment (particularly electronics, automotive, or precision assembly) is highly preferred, but promising fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) for reporting and data analysis.
- Willingness to work onsite in Tanauan City, Batangas.
