We are currently seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Quality Assurance (QA) Executive to uphold and enhance our quality standards in the food manufacturing industry. This is a key position within our organization, requiring a dedicated professional to ensure compliance with food safety regulations, customer specifications, and company policies. The successful candidate will be instrumental in maintaining our ISO and HACCP certifications and driving a culture of quality throughout the production process.
In this role, you will take ownership of the quality management system (QMS) and conduct regular audits to identify non-conformances and implement corrective actions. You will collaborate with production, procurement, and logistics teams to ensure all raw materials and finished products meet rigorous quality criteria. Your analytical skills will be valued as you monitor quality KPIs and drive continuous improvement projects.
Key duties include performing risk assessments, managing customer complaints and investigations, preparing for external audits, and providing training to staff on quality and food safety topics. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate documentation and records in compliance with regulatory requirements.

Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and maintain quality assurance systems and procedures to ensure compliance with food safety standards (HACCP, GMP, ISO 22000).
- Conduct regular internal audits and inspections of production processes, facilities, and documentation.
- Manage and investigate customer complaints and non-conformances, identifying root causes and implementing corrective actions.
- Coordinate with suppliers to ensure raw materials meet quality specifications and perform supplier audits as needed.
- Monitor and analyze quality performance metrics (e.g., defect rates, yield) and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Prepare for and manage external certification audits (e.g., SFA, ISO, HACCP).
- Provide training and guidance to production and operations staff on quality procedures and food safety best practices.
- Maintain and update quality documentation, including standard operating procedures (SOPs), records, and reports.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Food Technology, Microbiology, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in quality assurance within the food manufacturing industry.
- In-depth knowledge of HACCP, GMP, ISO 22000, and local food safety regulations.
- Certified Internal Auditor for food safety management systems is highly preferred.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to train and influence others.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Demonstrated attention to detail and commitment to quality.
