Maju Food Cold Storage Sdn Bhd is seeking a dedicated Quality Assurance (QA) Executive to join our expanding team in Puchong. As a key player in our cold storage and logistics operations, you will be instrumental in upholding our commitment to delivering safe, high-quality food products to our customers.
In this role, you will lead the implementation and monitoring of rigorous Halal and HACCP compliance protocols. Your work will ensure that our facility consistently meets local and international food safety standards, protecting the integrity of our supply chain and the well-being of our consumers. Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor and enforce strict compliance with HACCP, GMP, and Halal standards across all warehouse and cold storage operations.
- Conduct regular internal audits and inspections to identify and mitigate potential food safety hazards.
- Manage documentation, record-keeping, and reporting requirements for Halal certification audits.
- Perform continuous temperature monitoring and equipment checks to ensure cold chain integrity.
- Lead corrective and preventive action (CAPA) processes when non-conformances are identified.
- Provide training to operational staff regarding hygiene practices, safety protocols, and Halal awareness.
- Liaise with external regulatory bodies and certification agencies during routine inspections.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Food Science, Food Technology, Microbiology, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of relevant experience in a QA or food safety role, preferably in a cold storage or logistics environment.
- Strong working knowledge of JAKIM Halal standards and HACCP management systems.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to perform systematic, data-driven audits.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and reporting software.
- Strong communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Ability to work independently and maintain high standards of discipline in a fast-paced environment.
